ABOUT THE CHEF | JULIAN ALEXANDER


My name is Julian Alexander & I've been making sushi professionally for over 15 years. While specializing in providing an intimate Omakase (Chefs Choice) experiences, I mainly work around my own interpretation of traditional Japanese sushi, with a slight hint of French & Peruvian inspired flavors!

The Rundown

As we move through each course, I’ll be walking you through the preparation in addition to sharing where the seafood is sourced from. I like to work directly in front of the guests so they can easily observe the entire process.

Handpicked, Local Seafood


We utilize local fish that's sourced from Santa Barbara & other parts of Southern California. Any other seafood used in your meal will come from a Michelin quality Japanese Fish Wholsaler either be wild caught and/or responsibly farmed by a facility that I've extensively researched.
