About My Menu Options


Although I’m more than happy to make a desired amount of nigiri, rolls, and sashimi for an event, I focus on providing four tiered menus. Each meal will approximately last 4 hours.


Once we move on to the nigiri courses, each piece will be served one at a time. You will be given a pickled cucumber, shiitake mushroom, ginger, and seaweed dish which is intended to cleanse the pallet in between every bite.


I also offer a Raw Bar menu which can be added on or done separately. If you would like a different type of experience, please don't hesitate to get in touch! 

Ex.) Sushi making class, Fish break down demonstration, etc.


A unique Sake pairing experience can also be added to any of the menu options. Please inquire about pricing.

(I generally need about 45 minutes before to prep and then reserve an hour after for cleaning up. However, with a small party of about 6 for example, I should be able have everything put away in 45 minutes as well.)

Kosher Menu

1st Tier Menu

A great option for those who are looking for a lighter meal or may not particularly be fond of more exotic seafood like Uni and Ikura. It will consist of the following 12 courses;


- Rock Crab California Roll (4 Pc) 

- Spicy Tuna Roll or Tuna Maki (4 Pc)

- 6 piece sashimi sampler 

- 8 courses of Artisanal Nigiri

- Dessert Course w/ Exotic Fruit

2nd Tier Menu

Ideal for those seeking a more indulging experience who enjoy the likes of Rockfish Ceviche, Uni, Ikura, and Grass-fed Wagyu from New Zealand. It will consist of the following 15 courses;


- Ceviche w/Rock fish & Ikura

- Rock Crab California roll (4 Pc)

- Spicy Tuna roll or Tuna maki (4 Pc)

- 8 piece sashimi sampler 

- 10 courses of artisanal nigiri

- Dessert Course w/ Exotic Fruit

This menu is best for a special occasion or those looking to try a wider range of seafood such as Sea Scallop, Octopus, Alaskan King Crab, Spot Prawn, and Freshwater Eel. It will consist of the following 20 courses;


- New Zealand Miso Soup “Made w/Organic Miso” 

- Argentinean Pink Shrimp Gyoza

- Ceviche w/ Local Hirame (Halibut) $ Ikura

- Red King Crab California Roll (4 Pc)

- Spicy Tuna Roll or Tuna Maki (4 Pc)

- Uni Croque Madam

- 10 piece sashimi sampler 

- 12 courses artisanal nigiri

- Dessert Course w/ Exotic Fruit

4th Tier Menu

This menu is best if you're looking for the ultimate in-home Omakase experience! While consisting of everything mentioned in the previous menu, it also includes, A5 Wagyu imported from Japan, Abalone, and Osetra Caviar. It will consist of the following 22 courses; *4-5 Hour Expierence


- New Zealand Mussel Miso Soup “Made w/Organic Miso” 

- Argentinean Pink Shrimp, Red King Crab, & Hokkaido Scallop Gyoza using a homemade dough (3 Pc)

- Uni Pasta with homemade soba noodles & Osetra Caviar or Croque Madam w/Osetra Caviar

- Ceviche w/Striped Bass, Octopus, Spot Prawn, & King Salmon Ikura

- Red King Crab California Roll (4 Pc)

- Spicy Tuna O-Toro roll I/O or Tuna O-Toro Maki (4 Pc)

- 12 piece Sashimi sampler 

- 14 piece artisanal nigiri Course
